Quality Engineer – Automotive Sector JB-3

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary quality interface with both customers and suppliers.
• Support the product management team in failure analysis and FMEA processes.
• Collaborate with process engineering to align production processes with customer requirements – including developing Control Plans and Quality Plans.
• Lead the product compliance process, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
• Full responsibility for APQP/PPAP activities in both new projects and engineering change processes.
• Oversee product testing plans in coordination with labs and ensure approval completion.
• Handle post-delivery quality processes including customer complaints and supplier non-conformities – ensuring prompt and effective responses.
 
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or Plastics Engineering.
• Formal training in quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience in the automotive industry – a must.
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
• Strong English skills – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with production processes, quality management software, and ERP systems.
