Responsible for the development, improvement, implementation, control, and optimization of manufacturing and technological processes within the organization, ensuring high quality, stability, efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Lead the development, improvement, and stabilization of manufacturing processes.
Provide ongoing support to production lines and troubleshoot real-time production issues.
Optimize process parameters to improve quality, stability, and production output.
Lead technological projects and performance improvement initiatives (Yield, efficiency, and quality).
Write, implement, and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and process parameters.
Perform statistical analyses such as SPC, DOE, and Cp/Cpk.
Support the installation and implementation of new machinery and manufacturing processes.
Work closely with Quality, Production, and Maintenance departments.
Ensure traceability of raw materials throughout the production process.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering โ mandatory.
1โ3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with statistical tools (JMP or similar) โ advantage.
Experience working with complex manufacturing systems and mass production environments.
Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation.
High level of English proficiency โ mandatory.
Experience working with MES systems โ advantage.
Experience working with ERP systems (Priority or similar) โ advantage.
