Shift Manger JB-30

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and supervision of production plans.
• Responsibility for safety and procedures in shifts.
• Responsibility for the production reports of the employees and measuring the outputs.
• Management of team leaders and shift workers.
• Management of emergencies and safety incidents.
• Work with multiple interfaces.

Requirements:

• 12 school years.
• Industrial experience in production management – at least two years.
• Experience in operating complex machines – a significant advantage.
• Work in shifts (morning/ noon/ night).
• Flexibility to work on Fridays if necessary.
• Independent arrival.

אחריות על בטיחות ונהלים במשמרות.
אחריות על דיווחי ייצור של העובדים ומדידת התפוקות
ניהול ראשי צוותים והעובדים במשמרת.
ניהול מצבי חירום ואירועי בטיחות.
עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים.

דרישות:

12 שנות לימוד.
ניסיון בתעשייה בניהול ייצור- לפחות שנתיים.
ניסיון בהפעלת מכונות מורכבות- יתרון משמעותי.
עבודה במשמרות (בוקר/ צהריים/ לילה).
גמישות לעבודה בימי שישי במידת הצורך.
הגעה עצמאית.
