R&D Electrical Engineer JB-35

Responsibilities:

  • Led the electrical development and planning at the cell level for non-standard solar modules.
  • Integrate unique electrical components within solar systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative characterization using various laboratory tools to assess performance and efficiency.
  • Model solar cells, modules, and complete module systems using Python SPICE simulation software, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and customize simulation software to meet the specific needs of the company, enhancing modeling capabilities and accuracy.
  • Maintain responsibility for electrical measuring devices in the laboratory, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  • Foster collaborations with external companies and research laboratories in relevant fields to drive innovation and research initiatives.
  • Compile experimental reports and present results to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for further development.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics from a recognized institution.
  •  A master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years of industry experience, preferably in semiconductors, solar energy, or power systems.
  • Strong background in Python/Matlab programming is mandatory.
  • Experience with SPICE and similar simulation programs is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
