Responsibilities:

Ongoing legal counseling for the company.
Drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents, including international agreements.
Drafting and reviewing procedures for the company
In-depth knowledge of intellectual property aspects in commercial agreements.
Expertise in Labor Law.
Handling complex transactions and negotiations.
Handling guarantees, liens, and bank documents.
Handling local authorities, including property tax, permits, and business licenses.
Responsibility for the company’s insurance framework (structure and content insurance, contractor works, D&O).
Supervision and management of external law firms providing legal services to the company.
Interacting with a wide range of internal and external interfaces.
Verification of compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:

Israeli lawyer’s license.
+5 years of experience – mandatory.
Experience in the commercial field, negotiation management, contract drafting, and international contract management.
Excellent verbal and written expression in both Hebrew and English.
Background in internal legal consulting – significant advantage.
Ability to work independently, flexible thinking, interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, commitment, and a “Can Do” attitude.
Ability to handle diverse issues across multiple domains.
Strong business orientation.
