Responsibilities:
Collaborate in assessing risks associated with design and production problems (design/process)
Calculate probabilities of failure and contribute to the definition of a comprehensive test plan.
- Development Process Leadership: Provide professional guidance and leadership in the development processes of systems and products, focusing on reliability and materials.
- Controlled Experiments and Statistical Analysis:
Plan and execute controlled experiments.
Perform statistical analyses of experiments and interpret results.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on reliability issues.
- Reliability Forecasts and Analyses: Conduct reliability forecasts and analyses to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Real-Life Customer Tests: Organize and conduct real-life customer tests to validate product reliability.
- Failure Analysis: Study failures to understand root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (quality, machines, materials, polymers), or related field.
- Experience in product reliability.
- Proficient in writing laboratory reports and work procedures.
- Experience working in a testing laboratory.
- Good English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
- Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry- Advantage.
- Familiarity with reliable software- Advantage.
