Maintenance and Facilities Manager- JB-18

Join Apollo as a Maintenance Manager and play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the maintenance department for our manufacturing sites. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure the smooth operation of machinery and infrastructure systems, and drive safety measures to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing a comprehensive maintenance department for Apollo’s 190MW flexible solar innovative factory
  • In charge of maintaining both the factory’s machinery and the supporting infrastructure systems
  • Recruitment and effective management of maintenance personnel
  • Development and implementation of work routines and maintenance procedures for all factory systems
  • management of the safety field in the company
  • Setting up an electrical laboratory at the factory

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager in industrial companies – a must
  • Educational background in engineering – a must
  • Proven expertise in electrical systems, air conditioning, hydraulics, pneumatics, and compressed air operations.
  • Chief Electrician – a significant advantage.
  • Experience from the semiconductor industry – a significant advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency.
  • Experience in leading Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) processes.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
